Improve Avoidances list and add Preferred foods list to cater for different eating plans
Would be great to cater for people on ketogenic plan or Banting for instance. If Avoidance list could exclude being able to avoid sugar or avoid grains and certain bad fats. Preferences list could be added for flagging recipes with Xylitol or almond flour or coconut flour etc etc
Sorry to break this post up like this but another suggestion if the Preferences list cant be added for recipes using specific ingredients, and if the avoidance list cant be expanded, then what about just including ketogenic diet as a tick box option that automatically excludes high carb foods bad fats and sugar?
Not sure if macros could be added per recipe or serving. Carbs Fats Protein and Calories for those watching calories as opposed to Carbs.
