Tips and opinions on using CONVECTION OVEN
Comparing a traditional oven to a CONVECTION OVEN.
The CONVECTION OVEN using hot air, would there any adjustments in Temperature and Timing compared to using a traditional oven on bake?
Does one cook any faster?
Or the temperature Equal for both.
I may be asking one of the dumbest questions ever. But just in case I thought I get some responses from others who have a CONVECTION oven .
I do know using CONVECTION for the first time, we sure did over cook a lot of pizza. Anything you know about CONVECTION oven please Share ,HERE!! Thank You
